What is Prakly?

Prakly is an AI-powered training platform built for Learning & Development teams. Training designers can turn existing materials into interactive, AI-generated lessons, organise them into courses, and share them directly with learners. Learners get a structured practice experience with progress tracking, streaks, and a team leaderboard.

Prakly supports email/password and Google sign-in, a free demo mode, AI lesson generation from uploaded training materials or written prompts, and separate views for training designers and learners.

What You Can Do

• Turn training materials into lessons: Upload PDFs, Word documents, presentations, or paste any text, and generate structured interactive practice activities in seconds.
• Practice in multiple formats: Lessons include multiple choice, true/false, fill-in-the-blank, matching, terminology cards, and spoken response challenges.
• Organise and share courses: Group lessons into courses, send individual lesson invites, or share an entire course with one link.
• Track learner progress: Prakly records completed lessons, scores, learning streaks, accuracy rates, and team leaderboard placement.
• Connect your own AI provider: Advanced users can configure their own AI provider key in Settings to use their preferred model and bypass platform usage limits.

How It Works

1. Create or join an account: Register as a training designer or learner, or try the demo experience before signing up.

2. Design or open a lesson: Training designers build lessons from existing materials or written prompts. Learners open lessons from their library or a shared invite.

3. Practice and review: Work through challenge phases, get instant speaking feedback, and return to saved lessons at any time.

4. Measure and iterate: Review completion rates, scores, and streaks, then share more lessons or refine courses based on learner performance.

• Demo (no account): Up to 10 AI lesson generations per month — no sign-up required.
• Free account: Up to 50 AI interactions per month, covering lesson generation and spoken response evaluation.
• Premium: No platform AI usage cap.
• Custom AI provider: Connect your own API key in Settings to use your preferred model with no platform usage limits.
