Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Prakly. By accessing the platform, creating an account, or using lesson design, course sharing, or learning features, you agree to these terms. Prakly is built for L&D teams and individual training professionals.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Prakly, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Accounts And Roles

You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate registration information. Prakly supports email/password accounts and Google sign-in. You register as either a training designer or a learner; your role determines which features are available to you and cannot be changed within the app after registration.

3. Permitted Use

You may use Prakly to design, organise, share, and complete training lessons and courses for lawful workplace learning and development purposes. You agree not to:

• Upload or submit content you do not have the right to use or share.
• Attempt unauthorized access to the app, accounts, models, or infrastructure.
• Use the service to send spam, malicious content, or abusive automated traffic.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Interfere with app stability, rate limits, quotas, or security protections.

4. User Content And Rights

You retain ownership of content you submit to Prakly, including prompts, uploaded source materials, saved lessons, and course content. You grant Prakly a limited license to host, process, transform, and transmit that content as needed to operate the service, including lesson generation, speaking evaluation, storage, and sharing workflows.

5. AI-Generated Training Content

Prakly uses AI to generate lesson content and evaluate spoken responses. AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your specific training context. Training designers are responsible for reviewing and validating AI-generated content before publishing it to learners or using it in a formal training programme.

6. Sharing And Distribution

If you share lessons or courses through Prakly, you are responsible for the recipients you invite and the training content you distribute. Share records are used to give invited learners access to the content and to power the training designer's Team Board view.

7. Quotas, Limits, And Availability

Some product features are limited by quota, rate limits, or plan state. Demo and free usage are capped for platform-funded AI calls. Features may change over time, and some capabilities may depend on third-party providers or your own configured API key.

8. Termination Or Suspension

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create legal or security risk, abuse the platform, or interfere with other users or service operation.

9. Disclaimer Of Warranties

Prakly is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, perfect security, or error-free AI output.

10. Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prakly is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, generated content, or third-party integrations.

11. Changes To These Terms

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
